This sauce was a much different flavor than any other hot sauce i have tried. It contains mustard so the color is almost a ripe banana yellow; however with the sugar it has strong overtones almost like spicy brown sugar mustard. It is very sweet from the sugar and brown sugar but is very savory due to the mustard. You can definitely taste the rich flavor of the habanero however with a label that says Fire sauce you would expect some intense heat. Unfortunately the fire never quite kicks in. After taking a drink of your choice (mine is coke zero) it does leave a pleasant sizzle as an aftertaste on the tongue. I love the flavor of this sauce; it would go great on dishes as a substitute to BBQ sauce. As far as heat goes it just doesn’t quite hit the mark for the fire seeker. Overall, I'm going to give it a 3 out of 10!
